No21 is situated on the other side of Bethesda with good access to the Carneddau mountain range. It is a perfect base for exploring the area and is well suited to families as it has a playpark near by and enough space for everyone to relax and do their own thing. There is free communal parking next to the property, but you should be aware that there is a tight left hand corner to get around if you have a van sized vehicle. Don't let this put you off though as there are other parking options two minutes walk away.
