Here are our calendars so you can view availability, and make a booking. Please ensure you select the property you want and enter the correct amount of people wanting to stay.

Pricing structure and extra charges:

The base price is £125 per night (weekdays) for two people or less. Weekend pricing (Friday, Saturday, £150 per night for two people or less).

For extra persons, please add £10 per person per night. Pets are welcome and there is a one off charge of £10 per pet.

Please note the website price calculator is not always working correctly, so please tell us how many people and we will get back to you with the correct quote.

IMPORTANT - Please note that during peak times we don't offer short breaks. Generally speaking, we are looking for week long stays during summer hols and Christmas / New Year, and 4 night minimum on half terms etc. Occasionally we are left with short gaps to fill, so please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to help.

Also Important: We can't always be at the computer to update availability, so please consider your initial request as just that and we will confirm your request at the earliest convenience.

Availability and pricing is entirely at our discretion.
